Ashvin is the founder and CEO of Surya Technologies, where he has led the company through its evolution from a trusted enterprise IT services provider into a forward-looking, OT-first managed services partner. With over two decades of experience in building scalable service models, Ashvin has driven Surya’s growth across Microsoft 365, Azure, automation, and observability, while now spearheading its aggressive expansion into manufacturing, healthcare, and energy.

He is deeply committed to bridging IT and OT, leveraging partnerships with Claroty, Microsoft, and Datadog to deliver secure, resilient, and AI-driven managed services. Ashvin’s vision is rooted in vendor consolidation, automation at scale, and platform-as-code delivery — ensuring Surya clients not only modernize securely, but also unlock efficiency and innovation across their most critical environments.

He believes strongly that it is a company’s responsibility to support the community around it. Surya supports the community in both the U.S. and India, with a particular focus on advancing early education initiatives.

When he is not working with Surya customers and team members, Ashvin enjoys time with his wife, Chandrika, their four kids, and two dogs—usually somewhere across North Carolina, whether mountain biking in Pisgah, spending time in Raleigh, or relaxing at Carolina Beach.
